GRAVEKEEPS
IN THAT CASE, IT WOULD BE FINE, IT MADE ME THINK. IF YOU WILL WORRY WITH ME. IF YOU WILL SUFFER WITH ME. IF YOU WILL GET HURT WITH ME. IF IT'S THIS MAN, THEN HIS GUIDANCE WOULD BE BETTER THAN THE WORDS OF ANY SAGE. THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT.

Gray from Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files/Fate Franchise. Aged 15-18 (physically 15). Played from end of the Grand Roll Case or the very beginning of Adventures. A young girl born as the vessel for the return of The Once and Future King. When asked if people could change from a man she disliked at the time and that hated her face, she chose to try and see the world from his view. A girl who had given up on living asked him the unreasonable desire to, "continue hating her face," and made her first journey into the world.

HELLO.

Gray isn't super over-powered or anything but she does have a singular important trait that involves anyone she comes across and then side stuff that effects very niche individuals.

1. Gray can tell people's moods by their footsteps. It sounds ridiculous! But essentially, growing up how she did, she started to learn to tell apart her parents behaviors/moods/treatments of her by the way they approached. This extended to the entire village and she essentially describes it as "how fast someone walks can tell you if they're excited or mad," or "if they approach more softly they may be trying to be careful or more sneaky". Gray spends most of her time being highly attentive to her surroundings (seriously, she basically enhances her sight/hearing to inhuman levels at All Times).

Obviously, this is more of a thread specific thing and how characters feel in the moment! And ICly Gray will come up with her own assumptions because in general that's kind of what they are. So I don't think this one needs an opt-out! My request here is to ask what their normal walking pace/type is, I guess? And to make sure people are aware that this is a thing she does and stays hyperaware of.

2. Gray is a gravekeeper and a Sybil. The former makes her trained to be strong against spirits and ghosts to combat them, while the latter makes her susceptible. As she was magically created to become a vessel for Artoria, it means that her personality is more malleable to such people. While the mallebility leans slightly more to ghosts proper, she's still capable of sensing both spirits and ghost nearby. Calling her a bridge between life and death is pretty apt - since she can "take in" and have visions of their past lives in her sleep the closer she is.

My request here is being left at "can she sense your character is a spirit/ghost/whatever"? The whatever is for if you think your character would qualify but separate canons! This does apply to both Heroic Spirits and Divine Spirits/Gods (since she was capable of hearing Iskandar when he briefly became a Divine Spirit). So play it as loose or full as you want!

For anything else, such as being able to go head-to-head with them or having visions of their past lives I will only ever suggest in plotting and with deeper CR (so please feel free to let me know if you're interested!)
